Natalie is one of our case managers, so she is the first point of contact for many clients throughout the treatment process. She works with both medical providers and insurance companies to help achieve the best possible outcomes. Before joining us, she was a paralegal at another personal injury law firm, but found that she enjoyed the customer service side of the field and is happy to have found a role that suits her perfectly.
Natalie has a bachelor’s of Political Science and Criminology, Law, and Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was originally pre-law, but after graduating in 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, decided to take time off from school to begin working. We are glad to have her on our team because Natalie’s upbeat personality is a source of comfort and security for our clients. When going through an overwhelming, unfamiliar process, it’s great to have someone like Natalie on your side.
Natalie currently lives with two roommates and their two cats. She staunchly believed herself to be a dog person before meeting these loveable furballs, but now thinks she may have changed her mind. She loves cooking at home with her roommates, so much so that the girls even have a framed photo of Remy from Ratatouille in their kitchen. Natalie says she loves the movie so much that it’s essentially her entire personality these days.
When she’s not watching Ratatouille, Natalie is eating (or wishing she was eating) fried sweet plantains, her favorite comfort food when she visits her family in Honduras. She also loves watching musicals (her little brothers are rising stars in Chicago and beyond) and painting. Natalie began painting in high school, but has recently picked up the hobby again. She loves painting using candid photos of family and friends as the course; this is because she enjoys capturing their essence at a particular point in time.
