Gina Gentilini is our medical coordinator. She is truly vested in the happiness of other people. As you can imagine, our clients find immense value in these traits. Gina works directly with those in the pre-litigation department and makes sure that nothing ever falls through the cracks.

 Gina oversees all of the clients undergoing treatment and keeps up to date with their MRI, injection, and surgery appointments, and whether or not insurance limits support more treatment. When clients are unsure about getting injections, she is on the phone with the client giving them her personal experience with injections and gives the client her personal experience about how they work. They do appreciate an honest explanation of what to expect. Gina keeps track of providers and their ancillary providers, which helps our case managers identify them.

 When case managers are out of the office, Gina will jump in on the provider email chains to handle a variety of treatment situations as needed.

 But this self-described, anal-retentive perfectionist loves her downtime. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her new husband, and all things “home” bring her joy.  Gina is also a 14-year breast cancer survivor! As with any notable challenge in life, those types of experiences lend a powerful upfront perspective on life. She is now able to give a voice to others suffering.
