Matthew’s official title with us is Inside Sales Representative, but he also works extensively as an Intake Paralegal. During the intake process, Matthew pre-qualifies potential clients, discusses any fees associated with our services, and sends out agreements to begin work. He specializes in federal workers’ compensation and knows the ins and outs of both OWCP and OPM issues. You are in great hands with him.

He is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of federal workers’ compensation. As he is so familiar with how things tend to play out, he offers valuable insights into the process. With Matthew, you can navigate your case with confidence. He is most passionate about helping people by providing education and plenty of options to those in an often vulnerable and frustrating position.

Early in his career, Matthew worked in the debt collection industry, quickly advancing to Executive VP. This experience laid the foundation for a further career in healthcare revenue cycle management. As he continued to advance in each new position, he added insurance billings and accounts receivable management to his resume, as well. In one role, he even increased the firm’s revenue to more than 40 million dollars annually. With a long history of success, he continued to rise through the ranks within the industry, achieving the role of president at a different company. Matthew then went on to become a valued consultant within the industry, advising clients on how to successfully develop their operations and build out their sales teams.

He is an expert at getting money where it’s supposed to go. In his current role with us, that means in your pocket. He brought his strong background in sales to the legal field, with positions at Avvo.com and Lawyers.com before joining our team.

Born and raised in California, Matthew now resides in Washington state. His early years included unique experiences in the entertainment industry, from being in commercials as a baby to working in craft services on TV sets as a teen. He enjoys spending his free time with family, attending sports games, and having BBQs. A beach enthusiast, Matthew loves visiting places like Cabo San Lucas, Rosarito Beach, and Malibu. He also enjoys hiking and camping in Yosemite.
