Michael F. Sheldon concentrates his legal practice in the area of personal injury litigation. He handles a variety of cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and workers compensation. Mr. Sheldon received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law where he graduated with Cum Laude honors. While at SLU Law, Mr. Sheldon was an editor for the SLU Law Journal and ranked in the top 5% of students in his class.

Mr. Sheldon has spent his career advocating for the injured. He has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers, a distinction held by less than 3% of all lawyers. Missouri Lawyers Weekly has featured multiple articles on settlements Mr. Sheldon secured for his clients.

Mr. Sheldon’s successes for his clients include:

  • $1.5 million settlement for a client who was injured in a slip and fall accident
  • $1.3 million settlement for a client who suffered second degree burns
  • $650,000 settlement for a client in a negligent hiring, retention and training case

In his personal time, Mr. Sheldon enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and playing with his one-year-old daughter.
