Truck Crash Case From $11k to $250k

Attorney Michael Sheldon recently secured a $250k settlement for our client, Michael. Michael was driving on the highway in the far right lane, approaching an exit ramp, when the driver of a semi-truck suddenly and unexpectedly merged from the far left lane into Michael’s lane. As the truck driver merged, the back of the trailer struck the front driver side of Michael’s vehicle.

While the semi-truck barely had any damage to the trailer bumper, Michael’s vehicle was completely crushed and totaled. Michael sustained lacerations and scarring on his arm, a concussion, and neck and back injuries.

He received stiches in his arm, chiropractic treatment, and therapy for the concussion. His total medical bills were approximately $25,000.
