Logan Gilbert is a Case Manager at McCready Law, guiding clients from intake all the way through to settlement. As the firm’s head of client communication, she makes sure every client feels supported and informed. Logan checks in regularly, answers questions about medical treatment, and collaborates closely with the medical coordinator so clients always know what’s happening with their case.

Before joining McCready Law, Logan worked in Georgia as a Senior Case Manager at a personal injury firm. There, she gained extensive experience liaising with insurance companies, sending out MedPay demands, and helping clients navigate the most complex parts of the claims process. She also contributed to firm-wide innovation by helping develop a client-facing app and leading initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.

Clients value Logan not only for her problem-solving skills but also for her compassion. She understands that injury cases are often born from trauma, and she makes space for clients to be heard, vent, and share their story. With a talent for turning conversations into the building blocks of strong cases, Logan is as much a listener as she is a strategic thinker. Her background in teaching gives her the unique skillset needed to piece together the puzzle of each case and ensure clients feel genuinely cared for every step of the way.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and has plans for a master’s in legal studies. She would love to work as a paralegal later in her career.

Outside of work, Logan is happiest outdoors—whether she’s kayaking, hiking, or exploring the mountains that inspired her move to Colorado. She’s also a huge movie lover, the kind who shows up early just to catch the previews. A fan of fantasy classics like Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings, she also enjoys a good scare and embraces everything about spooky season.
