Leticia Fernandes is one of our Case Managers, providing compassionate, organized support to clients throughout their personal injury cases. From the moment a client signs on through the final settlement, Leticia ensures every detail is handled with care. She maintains consistent communication—checking in regularly, coordinating medical updates, and gathering records—to keep our clients informed and cases on track.
A licensed attorney in Brazil, Leticia previously practiced civil law and brings a strong legal foundation to her work with us. Her background allows her to anticipate client needs, connect them with specialized support, and assist the firm’s attorneys in achieving the best possible outcomes. Known for her thoroughness and empathy, she takes time to listen, document every interaction, and make sure each client feels supported and understood.
Coming from a family of lawyers, Leticia has been immersed in the legal field since the start of her career, working as a law intern throughout law school. She earned her Law Degree from the University of Uberaba and is currently studying a Master’s in Management and Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She also studied abroad in Portugal at the University of Beira Interior through a scholarship in Political Science and International Relations.
Leticia lives and works in Brazil as one of the first employees in our São Paulo office, where she continues to build meaningful client relationships and contribute to the firm’s mission of helping individuals navigate difficult times with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Leticia enjoys cooking and baking—especially Italian dishes like pasta and risotto—and loves sharing her homemade cakes with colleagues. She’s also passionate about travel, a love that began with family trips in childhood and continues today with a wish to return to Portugal for a vacation. When she’s home, she enjoys exploring São Paulo’s museums and libraries.
“Never stop dreaming.”
