$75K “Stacked” Uninsured Motorist Settlement

Our client was devastated when she was rear-ended at a high rate of speed by an uninsured driver. She sustained serious injuries, including a concussion, lumbar disc bulge, annular tear, and neck sprain, incurring over $23K in medical bills.

When she looked at her policy declarations page, she was dismayed to see that her own policy only provided $25K in uninsured motorist coverage.

Here, our client had three vehicles insured by Progressive, so instead of only having $25K in coverage, she actually had 3x that, or $75K available.
