Attention all experienced trial lawyers!
McCreadyLaw, a plaintiff personal injury law firm with four offices in Chicago and Indiana, is currently seeking three highly skilled and stable trial lawyers to join our team. With approximately 800 cases in suit and many more waiting to be filed, we need attorneys who are not afraid to step into the courtroom and handle a caseload of 80 litigation cases graded A & B (yes, we grade our case potential!). You will handle mainly trials, mediations and depositions with the assistance of our litigation paralegal team.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 jury trial verdicts within the last 5 years and be able to manage your caseload effectively. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a trial lawyer with a single firm. We value stability and do not want lawyers who jump from one firm to the next regularly.
We are offering a sign-on bonus of $20,000 after six months, as well as a competitive base salary starting at $100,000. Total compensation with benefits and incentive pay should be at least $170,000, Yes, we expect you to make an additional $70,000 in objectively defined incentives.
Our incentive pay package includes 3% of fees up to $1 million escalating to 15% of fees over $1 million, paid each biweekly pay period, as well as a yearly bonus based on fees generated. We also offer a jury trial verdict incentive bonus for exceeding last offer and one-third referral fee for all cases generated by an attorney.
