BIO

Dianna Hernandez started as the receptionist of our downtown location, where her warmth and friendliness set the tone for the office. She took pride in being the initial point of contact for both our clients and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.

Since then, she has been promoted to executive assistant. In this new position, Dianna enjoys organizing our cases and finding quick solutions to help both the attorneys and clients. She loves paying attention to details and solving problems before they arise, and I am proud of her ability to create a smooth process that helps us focus on getting the best results for our clients.

Diana has an Associate’s Degree in Business from Harold Washington College in Chicago. Upon completion, she entered the personal injury field initially as a receptionist, but later expanded her role to include managing client medical records. Eager for growth and attracted to a thriving environment, she joined McCready Law.

Diana hails from the vibrant south side of Chicago. She loves the city’s diversity, cultural richness, and endless possibilities for exploration. Even after visiting places like New York and Los Angeles, Chicago remains her favorite. She cites its fun-loving people, strong sense of community, and unique character as top reasons. An avid traveler, she shares a special bond with her best friend, Angelica, and together, they have explored so many places – from the bustling streets of London to the serene beaches of Puerto Rico. The girls even have the same birthday!

She is also a fashion enthusiast who enjoys expressing herself through her clothes. Diana keeps up with trends and draws inspiration through Pinterest, brand catalogs, and of course, shopping. Chicago’s clothing festivals and pop-up shops are among her favorite spots to discover new styles. In her downtime, Diana enjoys weekends exploring different neighborhoods in Chicago, savoring new foods, and indulging in her love for coffee. Her go-to is a vanilla oat milk iced latte (just in case anyone wants to bring her one).
