She has more than 16 years of experience and a proven track record for success as a trial lawyer and negotiator. She has tried several cases before a jury and has obtained plaintiff verdicts at trial in St. Louis County, the City of St. Louis, and St. Clair County, Illinois.
Dedicated to helping injury victims navigate the legal system, Genavieve works to obtain the compensation they deserve for their injuries, pain, suffering, medical expenses, and lost wages. She has served as lead counsel in personal injury, product liability, car accident, medical malpractice, premises liability, dog bite, and workers’ compensation cases. She also has experience successfully representing victims of sexual abuse against organizations that negligently allowed the abuse to occur.
Licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts, Genavieve has successfully argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals and obtained favorable results from the Missouri Supreme Court.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, she earned her B.A. with distinction in 2007 before earning her J.D. cum laude from Washington University School of Law in 2010.
Outside of work, Genavieve is very active! She loves to play golf and sand volleyball, as well as keeping up with her fantasy football team (yes, it’s a real sport). For professional teams, she always roots for St. Louis.
