BIO

Kyle Bailey is a senior associate attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He passed the bar in February 2023. A member of a state championship-winning debate team in college, he has always had a strong sense of justice. He was also the 2017 Illinois Intercollegiate Forensics Association Parliamentary Debate Champion.

After completing his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2019, Kyle attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law on the Edward T. Lee full-tuition scholarship and graduated cum laude in 2022.

His legal specialty has always been in personal injury and workers’ compensation, which he finds to be a rewarding field. He enjoys helping individual people and improving their quality of life instead of just padding the insurance companies’ bottom line. Always available and willing to help clients, Kyle is great at what he does and is a valued member of the firm.

Licensed to practice in Illinois state court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Kyle is committed to advocating for injured individuals and helping them navigate the legal process.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys Chicago sports (but if you get him behind closed doors, he might actually admit he’s a die-hard Packers fan). He grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and enjoys spending time with his fiancée, who is also a personal injury attorney, and their two cats, Apollo and Loki. He’s a steakhouse guy who enjoys a good cigar and hanging out with friends to catch up on everything from the week. His favorite movie is “Goodfellas.”
