Adam Ray

Adam serves as Director of Legal Operations at McCready Law, where he partners with firm leadership to support our legal teams, improve workflows, develop training programs, and strengthen operational accountability across the organization. His career has given him the opportunity to work at the intersection of litigation, leadership, and legal operations, helping build the systems and processes that allow attorneys and staff to provide exceptional service to our clients.

He began his legal career practicing insurance defense before spending several years focused on medical malpractice defense. While that experience provided a strong foundation in litigation strategy, case management, and risk analysis, Adam ultimately chose to transition to the plaintiff side of personal injury law; a decision that was driven by a desire to use his legal skills to help individuals and families during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Personal injury law is about more than legal claims – it is about helping people regain stability, find answers, and move forward after life-changing events. Adam is passionate about supporting the teams that advocate for injured clients and helping ensure they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

Throughout his career, Adam has led litigation and case management operations, managed multidisciplinary teams, and worked to bridge the gap between legal execution and operational excellence. He believes that strong systems, clear communication, and accountability creates better outcomes for both clients and legal professionals.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2014 and his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2017.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two golden retrievers, getting out on the golf course, and cheering on Baylor athletics.
