Allison “Alli” Golisch is an associate attorney here at McCready Law. She defines her practice of law with a desire to use her skillset and passion to make the world better for others. There is enough bad news out there, so Alli works hard to make sure her clients get a bit of good news delivered to them instead.

Before joining our team, she served as an Assistant Appellate Defender,

representing low-income clients in their criminal appeals in Illinois. There, she dug into

dense trial transcripts, searching for any critical legal issues. Her job was to ensure that each person’s civil rights were respected and that the judge, prosecutor, and even their own defense attorney followed the correct protocol during the trial. If she found any evidentiary missteps or due process violations, she would then fight for relief for her clients to make things fairer. One of her proudest victories came when she successfully argued before the Illinois Appellate Court to overturn a felony conviction that violated her client’s First Amendment rights. It’s a moment

that reminded her why she went to law school in the first place.

She worked tirelessly against institutional oppression and is ready to bring this same fire to the personal injury space. Alli knows that medical debt is some of the worst debt to carry, especially due to an injury that was no fault of your own. She’s ready to fight for your financial comfort and peace of mind. Her clients are never just numbers to her. Alli is people-oriented, easy to talk to, and works hard to make sure you get what you deserve.

She attended Arizona State University, where she graduated with a degree in Business (Law) and minored in both Justice Studies and Spanish. She later attended law school at Emory University and graduated with High Honors. During law school, she worked for several public interest organizations where she learned to balance precision with compassion—skills that continue to shape her work today.

Outside of the office, Alli is a self-proclaimed lifelong learner and traveler. She once embarked on a six-month solo adventure through Southeast Asia, immersing herself in new cultures and new cuisines (while drinking a whole lot of mango smoothies!) She also enjoys crafting and creating clay earrings for her small business, Clays of Our Lives. Yes, it’s a pun, and yes, she’s very proud of it.
