Amie Franzetti is a Case Manager Supervisor at McCready Law.  She leads the case management team, making sure each of our case managers has the support and information they need to represent the firm well for their clients. She also personally manages a few client cases and jumps in to problem-solve whenever needed, taking overflow calls and ensuring every client feels heard.

A natural leader, Amie is currently refining a case assignment system that matches clients with case managers based on personality and case type, ensuring better connections and smoother processes. She constantly monitors workloads to prevent burnout and ensure her team always has the resources and support they need. She also gathers and analyzes client feedback, making adjustments to improve their experience and ensure everything runs smoothly.

With nearly a decade of management experience, Amie thrives in process-driven environments. Before joining McCready Law, she spent three years as an Adjudicator at the Disability Determination Bureau of Indiana and another 12 years in quality assurance, honing her ability to streamline complex systems. She has also worked as a pre-litigation case manager before earning a promotion to supervisor, just as the firm experienced massive growth.

Tasked with building out an entire department of over 30 employees, she structured teams using a pod system that paired attorneys and case managers efficiently. She personally handpicked and trained her team—including many recent college graduates with no prior legal experience—mentoring them as they found their footing in the corporate world. Her leadership style is one of openness, encouragement, and support. 

She takes pride in lifting up others, helping high achievers overcome imposter syndrome, and making sure everyone around her feels valued. Some of her former mentees have since gone on to law school or international diplomacy, and she remains a trusted mentor and reference.

Amie strongly believes in fairness. She has witnessed how insurance companies often put profits before people’s needs, and she is dedicated to helping those who have been hurt. For her, being successful in personal injury law is not only about knowing the rules—it’s about truly caring for others and wanting to bring about positive change. 

Both clients and coworkers value her friendly and welcoming personality. Whether it’s a client expressing gratitude for her kindness or a team member feeling encouraged to reach their goals, Amie’s influence is felt across McCready Law.

Outside of work, Amie Franzetti is a dedicated sports fan with a deep love for Indiana basketball—her first love when it comes to sports. Growing up in a big sports family, she carried on the tradition and is now a season ticket holder for the Indianapolis Colts while staying fiercely loyal to both IU basketball teams.

When she’s not watching sports, you’ll likely find her reading. Amie is a true book lover who will read just about anything, though she prefers fiction over nonfiction. Her favorites range from fantasy epics to light hearted rom coms. So if you ever need a recommendation, she’s got plenty. 

Above all, family is everything to Amie. She has been married for over 20 years and has two young adult children.
