Anne Marie Zembrzuski is a dedicated professional with a rich and diverse career in law, healthcare compliance, and human resources. Her journey began in Woodstock, Illinois, where she worked for a criminal attorney, igniting her passion for the legal field. She then served at the McHenry County Circuit Clerk’s Office before becoming the Executive Director of the McHenry County Bar Association, where she enhanced her leadership skills and broadened her network within the legal community.

 Anne Marie then earned her Paralegal Certification and transitioned into the healthcare industry, working alongside general counsel, focusing on contracts, compliance, and HR. While obtaining her Certification in Healthcare Compliance, she also discovered a strong passion for Human Resources, recognizing both disciplines’ unique impact on organizational integrity and culture. Guided by the belief that integrity, empathy, and collaboration are the cornerstones of professional success, she has since dedicated herself to fostering strong, values-driven workplaces.

 She doesn’t just manage HR; she builds cultures where people want to stay, grow, and contribute. We are proud to have her on our team. 

Outside of work, she finds joy in life’s simple pleasures: Spending time with family, kayaking, exploring farmers’ markets, attending local fairs, and spending plenty of time outdoors. She approaches her work with the same down-to-earth attitude, combining her understanding of the law with kindness and care, and she is passionate about making workplaces where people can grow and succeed.
