Casey Kingsley is an associate attorney at the firm with a diverse background and a strong focus on providing practical, straightforward legal guidance. Known for his quick wit and approachable demeanor, Casey is committed to advocating for his clients’ best interests, cutting through legal complexities, and taking on insurance companies to secure the compensation they deserve.

Before transitioning to law, Casey spent over a decade in the retail automotive industry, where he held roles in both sales and finance management. In these positions, he sharpened his negotiation skills, working with major financial institutions like Chase, U.S. Bank, Bank of America, and others. This experience gave him a strategic mindset and an eye for detail, skills he now applies in his legal practice.

His legal career also includes significant experience in data protection and management. Prior to joining the firm, Casey interned at a leading multinational firm that provides technology and administrative services to help businesses with alternative investments. In this role, he navigated complex privacy regulations such as the CCPA, GDPR, and privacy laws in the EU, U.S., and Asia-Pacific regions. This background not only deepened his legal expertise but also refined his research and document drafting abilities, ensuring precision and thoroughness in every case.

Casey also worked as a law clerk at a highly regarded defense firm, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies approach personal injury cases. Armed with this knowledge, he uses every advantage to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Casey earned his B.S. in Political Science summa cum laude in 2015. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2022, where he received a Dean’s Scholarship.

Outside of work, Casey is a passionate supporter of Chicago sports teams, including the Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bulls. He’s particularly enthusiastic about NFL and college football. His love for sports extends to his travels, where he seeks out new destinations to visit iconic sports venues while indulging in the local culinary scene. As an Arizona State University graduate, he remains an avid supporter of Sun Devil football and basketball.
