Christina started as one of our dedicated case managers, working with clients from the completion of intake until their file is handed over to an attorney or the demand letter is sent. Now, she’s on the other side of things, providing clients with the same level of care and reassurance as our team prepares their case for trial.
She brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to her role as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal. She is skilled at uncovering critical evidence from a wide array of sources, including red-light camera footage, store videos,CTA surveillance, FOIA requests, and more. Cristina consistently goes beyond standard procedures, using creative thinking and sharp investigative skills to build strong cases and maximize value for clients. Her ability to combine thorough research with finesse and diplomacy makes her an invaluable asset in the pre-litigation process.
Cristina also works closely with insurance companies and providers to help resolve issues, prepare demand packages, and support attorneys in building a strong case to the benefit of our clients. Her organization, communication skills, and attention to detail ensure that each case is handled efficiently and with care, setting the foundation for a successful outcome.
Born in Ecuador and transplanted to the U.S. in her teenage years, Cristina has called Miami, Florida home ever since. The city’s many beaches are her happy place, but you might also catch her exploring the zoo with her kids. But she isn’t just confined to the Magic City; she’s a globetrotter at heart. With passport stamps from Russia, Argentina, and Peru (yes, she conquered Machu Picchu!), Cristina collects memories like shot glasses and magnets, proving that for her, the climb to the top is always worth it.
