As one of our dedicated Case Managers, Darius plays a vital role in guiding our clients through their time with us. From the moment a client is assigned to him, he makes sure they have everything needed for a successful course of treatment. He stays in regular contact with each client, providing updates about the progress of their case, assisting with gathering important medical documentation, and making sure they attend their medical appointments and are getting what they get out of them. He also works closely with medical providers to ascertain everything is progressing smoothly.

Even after treatment is concluded, Darius continues to check in, ensuring clients remain informed and supported throughout the settlement process. His goal is to make sure no one ever feels out of the loop. This time is already stressful enough, so Darius will always be sure that you have the support you need.

Darius brings a strong background in case management and client care to his role. Before joining our team, he worked for four years in nursing homes, starting as an Activity Aid before transitioning into social services and ultimately case management. His experience has made him highly skilled in working with people—he’s persistent, organized, and always follows through. He prides himself on being transparent and always on top of his work. He enjoys seeing people improve through their treatments and is dedicated to keeping cases moving forward.

Outside of work, he’s passionate about fitness and can often be found at the gym. He’s also an avid gamer, a huge basketball fan (especially the Bulls and Lakers), and a collector of LeBron James jerseys—he has six or seven and is always adding to his collection. And yes, he does actually wear them. They aren’t just display-only!

He enjoys rap and R&B, with favorites like Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and Tyler, the Creator. When it comes to TV, he loves any show in the Power Universe, and The Chi, plus classic sitcoms like The Jamie Foxx Show and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
