Devis “Tito” Diaz is an Intake Assistant at McCready Law and often one of the first friendly voices clients hear when reaching out for help with a personal injury case. Whether it’s a phone call, an email, or a referral from a friend or another law firm, Tito is there to listen, understand, and guide.

Tito works closely with potential clients to understand the details of their situation—when and how the incident happened, what caused it, and whether there are any police or incident reports available. He helps gather key facts, or lets clients know what documents are needed and how McCready Law can assist in collecting them. He’s a vital part of the collaborative intake team, known for staying on top of countless calls and emails, and ensuring each person is set up for the help they need.

Tito brings empathy, patience, and clarity to each conversation. With a philosophy of “80% listening, 20% talking,” he makes it his mission to truly hear people’s stories and show them they’re not alone. He understands what they’re going through and knows how to help them take the next step. He has their best interests at heart—and it shows.

With a strong background in sales and leadership, Tito spent over six years as a District Manager at Verizon, where he was consistently recognized with multiple awards in multiple different KPIs in the country. Before that, he managed at AT&T and has spent half his life in management roles focused on coaching, development, and problem-solving. One constant in every job he’s held: helping people.

Tito loves being part of McCready Law and stands proudly behind what the firm represents. He’s not just here to listen—he’s here to solve problems and make a real difference.

He’s originally from Memphis, where music runs deep in his roots—bands, instruments, and live shows have always been part of his life. He’s a big fan of music festivals like Austin City Limits and is always chasing his next live experience, often traveling for shows and dreaming of catching a festival in Europe someday.

Born in Honduras, Tito has a special love for the island of Roatán and speaks fluent Spanish. He now lives and works in South Florida, where he enjoys the balance of helping people through his work and diving into his passions in his free time.

A sports fan through and through, Tito’s heart is with college football’s Texas Longhorns and the San Francisco 49ers on the pro side. He’s also a poker shark who plays small Texas Hold ’Em tournaments and loves the challenge—it’s you versus nine others, and he’s all about the competition.
