Diana joined the McCready Law team in 2022 to help set up the new Indianapolis office. She worked as a case manager for us before stepping into her new role as an Intake Paralegal.

She really loves her role because it gives her the opportunity to help new clients right from the start! It’s great for her to hear everyone’s unique stories and figure out the best way to support each client in achieving their goals.

What sets Diana apart is her natural ability to connect with clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She brings a rare combination of empathy, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the personal injury process that immediately puts people at ease. Her background as a case manager gives her a unique, well-rounded perspective—she doesn’t just gather information; she understands what it means and how it impacts each case. Clients often say that talking to Diana feels like talking to a trusted friend who truly cares. She’s detail-oriented, highly organized, and relentless when it comes to making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Diana was born and raised in Durango, México, where she attended Law School at UNID, and obtained her degree in 2017. She moved to the States in 2020.

Outside of work, Diana has a passion for luxury goods and even has a background in luxury designer and jewelry sales. She also enjoys the beach, outdoor walks, shopping, and spending time with her loved ones.
