Jennifer McKibben

BIO

Jennifer E. McKibben is an associate attorney at the firm who has dedicated nearly two decades of her legal career to helping injured clients and their families navigate difficult times. She earned her B.S. in English and Psychology magna cum laude from Ball State University in 2004 and obtained her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2007.

Following graduation, Jennifer worked for a personal injury law firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana, until 2021. At her former firm, she quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the head of personal injury for the firm. Jennifer then ran her own personal injury firm in Fort Wayne before joining McCready Law in 2026.

Her training as a trial lawyer has been unique, learning, collaborating, and teaching with various respected and successful trial attorneys and consultants across the country. Backed by her extensive training, Jennifer has practiced in state and federal courts throughout Indiana for nearly two decades. She is also a member of various trial lawyer organizations and has served on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association since 2022. In 2025, she was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, whose membership is limited to trial lawyers who have obtained million-dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients.

Focusing her practice on a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases, Jennifer represents clients in matters involving car crashes, truck wrecks, wrongful death, premises liability, and other personal injury claims. Her primary goal is to hold those responsible for her clients’ injuries accountable by pursuing full and fair compensation.

Outside of work, Jennifer lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with her husband, Gary, and their two children, Alexandria and Hobson.
