With nearly a decade of experience in personal injury law, Kayleigh Fox brings a deep understanding of every stage of a case to her role as Settlement Paralegal. Once a case settles, Kayleigh steps in to negotiate medical liens and reduce outstanding bills as much as possible. For example, turning say, $90,000 in bills into a cool $20,000 or even less. Her goal is simple: to maximize each client’s award and help them move forward with confidence.

Kayleigh has worked in personal injury since 2017, starting as a receptionist and working her way through nearly every department: Intake, case management, demand drafting, filing, and accounting. She really has done it all. That breadth of experience gives her a rare, 360-degree view of how cases progress and how to find opportunities others might overlook.

Known for her persistence and professionalism, Kayleigh spends much of her day on the phone or emailing with medical providers, negotiating reductions, and keeping clients informed at every step. She loves the investigative aspect of her work, like digging into records, spotting details, and fitting all the pieces together to achieve the best possible outcome.

For Kayleigh, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the difference her efforts make for clients. “When I can reduce someone’s bills and help them keep more of their settlement,” she says, “that’s what makes it all worth it.”

Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys living the coastal lifestyle. She loves spending time at the beach, heading out on the boat, or relaxing on the sandbar on a sunny afternoon. Now an empty nester, she loves gathering with friends and family to catch up over good food and conversation.

Kayleigh also loves travel and hopes to return to London someday, a city she first visited on a high school mission trip and still remembers for its incredible energy.
