Kelly is one of our Medical Records Assistants (MRA). She plays a vital role behind the scenes in prepping our cases for success. She manages assigned cases from start to finish: Ordering, tracking, and organizing medical records and bills to ensure attorneys and case managers have everything they need throughout the process. From persistent follow-ups to detailed documentation, Kelly makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Before joining McCready Law, Kelly worked in the insurance industry handling personal injury medical claims. With a strong background in insurance adjusting, she discovered her true passion lies in records management. She enjoys the analytical side of reviewing files, seeing how the records tell a story, and bringing order and structure to every case.

A natural self-starter, Kelly thrives in an environment where organization and dependability matter most. She finds satisfaction in helping cases move forward smoothly, supporting her team, and making sure every detail is lined up. At McCready Law, Kelly is proud to contribute to the well-oiled system that delivers the best results for our clients.

Outside of work, Kelly lives in Florida and enjoys an active lifestyle, especially running to clear her mind. She and her husband love spending time at the beach and are also regulars at the local parks, often making the most of their Universal passes. At home, Kelly dotes on her puppy, Grace, a Yorkie Shih Tzu lovingly nicknamed “Shortie.” Whether relaxing with family dinners out or soaking up the sunshine, Kelly values the balance between her structured professional life and the fun, energizing moments she creates outside of it.
