Lee Rivera is a seasoned Senior Case Manager with a decade-long tenure in personal injury and workers’ compensation. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, Lee happily manages the intricate details of tough cases, ensuring our clients remain informed and supported throughout the process. Lee remains a constant source of guidance from the completion of the intake forms to the conclusion of medical treatment. She provides updates on case progress and is always available to address any client concerns with empathy and expertise.

Lee’s journey in personal injury began with a leap of faith when she joined her first law office in 2009. She grew quickly in her role, fueled by a deep passion for assisting others. This passion drove her to become proficient in navigating the complexities of insurance policies and legal procedures, which comes as a relief for our clients.

A typical day for Lee involves lots of phone calls. She is always diligently tracking down insurance information and making sure our clients understand what is happening in their case’s progress. Clients can trust in her commitment to their well-being. Lee not only understands their pain and worries, but also goes out of her way to manage their expectations and keep them informed at every stage of the process. She finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on her clients’ lives.

Educated at Joliet Junior College with a focus on administration, Lee also holds a Microsoft Office certification. Beyond her career, she cherishes spending time with her family, particularly her two toddlers who keep her on her toes. She and her husband enjoy taking the kids to the park, plus indulging in fun date nights at places like Top Golf when it’s just the two of them. Lee is also an active member of her church community, serving as a lead singer in its worship band alongside her husband, who plays the drums.

When not in the office, she always hopes to be cruising somewhere tropical. Her dream vacation is somewhere warm with nice beaches where she can relax. She also loves Thai food and has been known to drive almost an hour for the best Pad Thai in town. If you need any recommendations, let her know.
