Max Brown is our Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Claims. With over 13 years of comprehensive experience in personal injury law, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

In his role, Max wears many hats, including overseeing and guiding other attorneys, managing case development from intake to demand readiness, negotiating settlements, mentoring staff, and spearheading innovative strategies to enhance firm efficiency and growth. Clients can rest assured that Max is dedicated to their cause, offering unwavering support and expertise at every step of their legal journey. His favorite part of his job is getting money for clients when the insurance companies have tried to take advantage of them.

An Indiana native through and through, Max grew up in Carmel. He went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2007. Max earned his JD from The John Marshall Law School ( now the University of Illinois, Chicago) in 2011.

In his free time, he loves to cook. He’s also a huge fan of Formula 1 and IndyCar, telling us that his favorite place in the world is the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He even collects posters of the races, and any artwork depicting them. Yet that’s not the only Indiana sport he loves, as he’s also had the pleasure of meeting Peyton Manning. When he’s not watching the races, he’s having a movie night with his wife and two daughters. His favorites are action and comedy movies.
