Randa Abdelhameed is a Pre-Litigation Paralegal at McCready Law, where she brings tenacity, precision, and deep compassion to every case she handles. Specializing in medical malpractice, dog bites, and slip and fall matters, she works closely with both case managers and attorneys to ensure every case is thoroughly prepared and positioned for success.

From gathering evidence and obtaining surveillance footage or call recordings and helping estimate case value based on injuries, treatment, and lost wages, Randa plays a critical role in building strong, evidence-based cases. She collaborates closely with case managers and attorneys, ensuring no detail is missed and that clients receive the support and advocacy they deserve. Randa is known for being industrious, solution-oriented, and unshakable under pressure.

Her passion for the legal field began during her undergraduate studies, where she initially considered medical school. After interning at a hospital, Randa realized hands-on patient care wasn’t her path, but helping people still was. She pivoted into law, landing an unpaid internship at Johnny Cochran Law Firm in Florida. Her determination quickly earned her a paid position as a legal assistant and, not long after, she became the youngest office manager at the firm. While administration was a natural fit, her heart was always with the clients, so she shifted her focus to direct legal work.

Since then, Randa has climbed the ranks in some of Jacksonville’s top law firms, building a strong background in pre-litigation and trial prep. Because of her extensive experience, she is familiar with the laws of Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri, and is a Certified Public Notary (in-person and electronic).

Her long-term goal is to become an attorney, and she’s well on her way. Currently, she’s preparing to begin law school while working full-time, having already earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees—all while gaining hands-on legal experience. A proud Phi Alpha member, Randa is driven by a deep love of learning and a belief in earning credentials that back her knowledge and work ethic.

Outside of work, you’ll find her dancing to African music, connecting with people, and enjoying the beauty of life—always with gratitude in her heart.

Randa was born into a South Sudanese family and raised all over the world thanks to her pilot father. Now based in the U.S., she brings a global perspective, fierce determination, and a joyful spirit to everything she does. She’s known for her quick wit, warm personality, and ability to make just about anyone laugh, though when it’s time to get things done, she’s all business. Competitive by nature, Randa loves winning—whether it’s in sports, advocating for clients, or just chasing her goals.

Deeply rooted in her faith, Randa credits God and her late mother and grandmother for guiding her path and helping her overcome life’s toughest challenges. She lives with purpose, always puts others first, and lights up any room she walks into.
