Taylor is one of our Senior Case Managers. She brings her passion for helping others and a keen eye for detail to every case she handles.
A Chicago native from the North Side, she also spent several years living and working in Colorado before returning home. Before joining the legal field, Taylor worked as a certified pharmacy technician for five years. Her background in the medical space gives her a wealth of insider knowledge that makes her such an asset to our team.
She ensures that each client’s case is treated with attention and accuracy. She will guide you through the case process and go over every detail with you all the way through your treatment, only passing things off to one of our skilled attorneys when it’s time to send a demand letter through to the insurance company.
She is in constant contact with clients, their medical teams, and insurance companies. Taylor collects essential information, like medical records and photos about each case. Whether you’ve been in a car accident, fallen at the store or been bitten by a dog, Taylor and her team work hard to create strong cases to make sure the insurance company understands your struggles. Thanks to her organized and proactive way of working, you can simply concentrate on getting better. Taylor manages everything else for you so you don’t have to worry about anything else.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys keeping up with her fitness in the gym, shopping, writing, cooking, and reading self-motivation books. “Atomic Habits” is a recent favorite. She is a fan of most music, with reggaeton and dancehall music near the top of the list. Taylor loves to travel and dreams of sunny beach escapes in places like Turks and Caicos. She is also proud of her Assyrian and African American heritage.
A word from Taylor about her heritage:
Being a Black woman is a true joy to me. We are resilient and powerful strong women. It means navigating unique challenges while drawing from a legacy of strength and creativity. I also carry the rich heritage of my Assyrian roots, a culture of history, beauty, and deep tradition. Together, these identities shape who I am, and I love sharing the best of both worlds—my languages, stories, and traditions—with others!
The Assyrian people are a resilient and vibrant community with ancient roots in the Middle East, where they have often faced hardship and persecution as a Christian minority. This has led to a widespread diaspora, with many Assyrians settling in America and other parts of the world. Despite these challenges, Assyrians carry forward a profound cultural legacy, rich with history, art, and traditions. Our Aramaic language is beautiful and unique, and our cuisine is celebrated for its flavor and warmth. Through our stories, traditions, and teachings, we ensure that Assyrian culture continues to thrive, sharing our heritage with others and keeping it alive for future generations.
She lives with her longterm boyfriend and hopes to adopt a furry friend soon.
