At the heart of this mission is Victoria Quintero, the firm’s Training and Development Coordinator. She designs and implements comprehensive training programs for each department, enhancing performance, improving efficiency, and ultimately elevating client satisfaction.

Victoria is dedicated to helping people grow in their jobs. She adapts her training methods to fit how each employee learns best, making it easier for them to build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. She’s also leading the introduction of our new training system, which simplifies the onboarding process and sets the stage for ongoing professional development. Her efforts positively affect both employees and clients by improving communication and speeding up response times. Victoria is helping to create a stronger team that provides excellent service.

Her journey in the legal field began as a paralegal, where she quickly advanced to a paralegal supervisor. With nearly five years of experience at a firm that contracted across multiple practice areas—including personal injury, privacy law, and family law—she developed an extensive knowledge of legal processes across different states. While pursuing her associate degree, she also earned her paralegal certificate.

Beyond legal training,Victoria’s passion has always been mentorship and professional development. She takes pride in building trusting relationships with every employee, creating a culture where team members feel comfortable discussing their challenges and growth areas. Whether working with intake specialists, case managers, or attorneys, she is committed to refining workflows, improving communication, and ensuring that McCready Law continues to foster a culture of care—one that not only supports employees but also enhances the client experience. With a deep love for the legal field and an unrelenting pursuit of a law degree, Victoria is driven by a desire to expand her legal expertise and make a lasting impact in the industry.

Outside of work, Victoria is an avid reader who gravitates toward poetry and memoirs—genres that allow her to step into someone else’s world and see life from their perspective. She believes that understanding different viewpoints is invaluable, especially in her field. She also has a deep love for travel and the beach. Always up for a road trip, she spends a lot of time visiting family across the country. Above all, Victoria cherishes the time she spends with her nieces and nephews, who mean everything to her.
