Jack H. Ryan has always been guided by a strong sense of justice. That commitment ultimately led him to personal injury law, where he advocates for those who have been wrongfully injured. Jack approaches every case with determination, compassion, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

Born in Evanston, Illinois, Jack and his family moved to Tampa, Florida, when he was seven years old. He graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in History and Spanish and remains a perpetually disappointed Gator football fan to this day. After graduation, Jack moved to Sevilla, Spain, where he taught English to Spanish students.

He still considers himself an honorary Andalusian. Fluent in Spanish, Jack continues to use his language skills to communicate with and advocate for Spanish-speaking clients.

After his time in Spain, Jack returned to the United States, where he worked as a law clerk for a personal injury firm in Tampa. That experience solidified his decision to go to law school and dedicate his career to fight for those who have been injured through no fault of their own.

Jack attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Jack served as an Associate Editor of The Podvocate, the law school’s weekly podcast, where he wrote, recorded, and produced episodes on topics ranging from the Troubles in Northern Ireland to the First Amendment rights of incarcerated individuals in federal prisons.

Though the winters were a bit of an adjustment, moving to Chicago remains the best decision Jack ever made. Not only for the summers, food, and culture, but because he met his wife, Heather, here in the Second City.

In his free time, Jack enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, painting, cheering on the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with his dog, Pepperoni.
